Highly recommended company. Same day service response on my 16 month old air conditioner. I called at 8:00, the technician arrived at 10:55. Courteous, well trained and efficient, he quickly spotted the problem, a blown capacitor, and replaced it within a few minutes. Success! Off to the next call at 11:12. A real professional.

This company has made the entire process of getting both a new furnace and Air Conditioner a complete and total dream scenario. The office crew had handled so much of the paperwork details for my house that would normally be on the purchaser to handle. The installers themselves were incredibly professional and shows a true aptitude for their work that they do. I had a great experience with South Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning. From my first contact on the phone with *****, she was very friendly and professional. The tech (******-great guy) arrived wearing a mask, listened to my heating issue, checked out my furnace and explain to me the service he preformed. He also shared with me the age of my furnace (just as and FYI). I totally forgot it's been 20 years since I had it installed.Would use them again for my heating and air service.
Since **** South Suburban has serviced my home for heating/air conditioning and recently installed a tankless water heater. During this time they have provided impeccable equipment and maintenance.
