We brought our 5-year-old daughter here for emergency surgery when she split her lip open just before Christmas. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, fitting us in last minute and rallying everyone together. They made our daughter feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process. Wow. Where to start with this nightmare establishment. I asked if I could leave my husband during his procedure to get my children from school and they said no. They gave me an electric buzzer to ensure that I stayed in the premises. When I asked of we could cancel the procedure the front desk person was so rude to me and my husband the patient. They then billed us $500 and no services were rendered. Save yourself the money, time, and peace.
