Been a lifelong customer, the best.
Worst service experience ever! Will never bring another machine here. Brought our new machine in for warranty work. Came back in the same condition we brought it in at. Not fixed. And covered in oil. Never a phone call. Machine sat outside in the pouring rain. It was there for over a month with no communication. So irritating!

Went in to look at side by sides. Couldn’t find a salesperson. Stood around with no sign of help. I went outside and looked at some of the machines and another customer walked in. They were helped before they got in the door. ????
