I have posted several reviews regarding my experience with south sound dental and dentures. I am very haapy to post that this buisness has gone above and beyond make things right. Mistakes are made by everyone, the key is to take responibility for them, learn from them and move forward. I tried to delete my original reviews but this site will not allow me to do so. All I can say I am now very satisfied with the care and respect the staff has shown me in correcting the situation.
South South Dental and Dentures placed my implants 16 months ago. From the begining my experience was difficult. During the procedure there was a lot of intense pain I could feel because I was not numb enough. A couple of hours into the procedure the doctor could not place the implants were here originally planned. He claimed his only option was to move where he would place the implant. I posted a rewiew the other day but today I fond out that my failinplant needs to be removed for sure. I went to the prqctice earlier this week and the receptionist was ver rude and the doctor would not look at the failing implant without paying for another xray and exam. I get they need to make money, but when the failing implant is due to how they are placec your practice should have some accotability. In no way have they reached out to ammpt to make this right. About the only good thing I have to say is the work they did helped me to quit smoking. I had mplants placed a little over a yeat ago. I have had nothhing but problems on one side. I was told repeatedly that the implants were put in crooked because I had too much bone losss and it was the only way. Once I got my dentures I had nothing but problems with sore spots around the implants. After feeling unheard and dimissed I sought a second opinion. I just received my dentures made by Fred Ellis and am I happy! My smile and bite is 100% better! Previously, I had dentures made by 2 other denturists - there's no comparison. Fred really puts in the time and effort to meticulously make a denture for his patient. I would whole heartedly recommend him for your dental needs. And, yes, I was able to receive x-rays here.
