We truly enjoy working with South Side Spaces! They have a great team who are always quick to respond and everyone is very respectful to our employees. The way that they care for their community spaces and the community shows in all of their buildings and we are glad that we have been able to partner with them.

I’ve been in the cutest little space for nearly a year and it has been AMAZING!! I am a lifestyle portrait photographer. From the very first meeting until now, I’ve been so happy. Southside spaces really take the time to learn about each business, and helps promote on their social media. 10/10
Working with South Side Spaces has been a dream! Opening a small business in St. Louis City comes with lots of red tape and South Side Spaces took the time to translate all that crazy legal jargon. They're responsive, friendly and helpful in every way. Also, dynamite website that makes it SO easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. 10/10 would recommend!
