I would give them negative stars, if I could! Sleep on a park bench or pitch a tent, but do not use this company! Our rental was grossly overpriced, reeked of mold and HAD NO HOT WATER. The so called "repair man" showed up 7 hours late, was clearly unqualified and high as a kite. He watched You Tube videos to try to figure out the hot water heater, but accomplished nothing and left.
