Incredibly expensive prices, pushy, and not very good with my cat. I moved my care elsewhere after receiving an insane quote for a tooth cleaning/tooth removal (~$1k higher than 5 other vets in the area that I called). To anyone looking at the reviews who is considering switching vets- I can’t say enough good things about Plum Animal Hospital!!
Great vet I really recommend this place
Do not bring your animal here. The reason I went here initially was because it was 5 minutes from home. This clinic is small. The staff are overworked, underpaid, and unfocused on the animals that come through. I went here for routine checkups but left when my dog developed a suspected tumor. South Side Flats Animal Hospital completely mismanaged her diagnosis and treatment. To determine if it was a tumor, I brought my dog in for a procedure and x-rays under sedation.
