Dr. Samantha has always been there for me whenever I needed any health care needs. From filling up meds to making sure I get the right treatment plan put into place. She is a kind, personable, thorough and truly master of the medical trade. Also the staff was so nice, welcoming and tended to any of my needs. As well as the clinic is economical, fast and efficient. Thank you Southside clinic for always being there for me. 🤙
If I could give a 0 star to their billing department I would, and to Dr. Samantha 5 star I would too! let me tell you that their billing department scams their patients. Last year I was told to not pay nothing from my bill because they were having problem with their billing system and when "it was squared away" I had a huge bill of $1,505, know that I do have insurance. I checked my claims for 2024 and my responsibility was only $808, I assumed I had carry over a balance from the previous year and moved on. This year, I've o... read more

Dr. Sam is the best! She’s very caring and compassionate, respectful and also a very good doctor. She takes the time to really listen to you and look at you and understand you. Also her staff is very good and helpful.
