This is who my realty company uses. This man has been working on my unit for a month and it still isn’t fixed. My home is 91 degrees the first time he came here told them I just need a filter. The second time he said it was my filter as it wasn’t a good filter (the filters are specialty ordered by the realty company) and said he needs to clean the outside unit. He never cleaned the unit. I discovered my AC had quit at 6:15 pm. This was a big problem as I had family arriving in two days! They were at my house within the hour and had it fixed quickly. I really appreciate their kindness, honesty and responsiveness.
