Trying to apply a $95.00 “Diagnostics Fee” when a person knows what’s exactly wrong with their vehicle isn’t a very legit or friendly way to conduct business! The way I was treated on the phone by your female receptionist, I lost all respect for your business as well as any future mechanical work on my vehicles! Maybe the female answering phones needs a refresher course on phone etiquette and customer service skills! You deserve no stars! F- rating! CONSUMERS BEWARE!

The people of this business go above and beyond your average service. There have been multiple times when there were simple fixes on my vehicle, and they charged me nothing. The latest example of their excellent service was when I was home with my sick kid and couldn’t figure out how to get my vehicle. As a longtime customer who lives near the shop, they delivered my vehicle to my home. Thank you for including kindness in your business model, South Shores Auto.
My car was shutting down as I drove it this morning. I decided to take it to South Shores Auto b/c, the few times I have needed service in the past, I have had great service here. Today did not disappoint. They diagnosed the alternator right away. They took me home & were able to fix my car the same day.
