RecommendedWe have both climate controlled unit and outside units. The facilities are well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful to work with. They also carry moving supplies like boxes, mattress bags, tape, etc. it is a full service organization.
RecommendedWe went to get a storage unit, Barbie was there with all the info we needed. She took us to the unit in her golf cart, it was what we needed. Clean and ready to go! Thanks Barbie!

RecommendedWhen I went into the office on West Main, I dealt with Barb. She was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. She gave me all the information I needed to know, had me complete the contract, and took me to the storage unit I would be renting. She was very helpful and made me feel at home. When I went to the unit (which was a climate-controlled unit), I was very pleased with the unit regarding cleanliness, space and warmth knowing the furniture I would be storing would be protected from the cold; a real comfort. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least. Does Not do business well with public!
Thanks for your help picking out boxes for my upcoming move! Been there a few times during the process so far and each time the people were very helpful by even helping to carry the boxes to the car for me! They have a great selection of kits to help with packing glasses, dishes, clothes, mattress plastic covers etc.
