We had poor framing with our home build with inadequate flashing for an exposed area to inside our home which eventually led to water getting inside our home. South Shore Roofing did an excellent job explaining the situation and providing pictures. South Shore Roofing improved our flashing during inspection as a temporary fix to prevent further exposer in the meantime and provided a solution and quote and performed the repair within the week. Delay delay delay one year it took them to finish they subcontracted work the last worker was to paint and Install new doors. He was. Not someone I felt comfortable with in my home he made copies of my house key with out my permission coned me more than once on his work time table.
