South Shore Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and proved to be a great recommendation. Their customer service is excellent (Cheryl) and the plumber (Paul) who came to our house was incredible. He worked professionally, was very tidy while cleaning the area where the toilet was installed and got the job done. Would and will call upon them again and highly recommend them to family and friends.
Excellent service from start to finish! Cheryl was wonderful when scheduling my appointment, and the technicians who came to fix my kitchen sink clog were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable, and when I needed them again a week later, they came right back and resolved the issue at no charge. I’m extremely impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend South Shore Plumbing!
We have been relying on the excellent, dependable and affordable workmanship of South Shore Plumbing for years! No job is too big, or too small, and they always send somebody out as quickly as we need - whether it's a toilet repair or a major leak. Everybody on the South Shore team is friendly and knowledgeable, they follow up when needed and and explain the work being done in a way that a layman understands. Pricing can't be beat either, which is like icing on the cake for the good service. we highly recommend South Shore!
Had a great experience with South Shore Plumbing. Had to replace two bathroom facets and replace a toilet. Communication and response time was amazing. They answer all my question and then some.
