I followed my Dr here bc he is great. This review is about their pharmacy department. If you need your meds to come in the time span they give (24-48 hrs) and the pharmacy you tell them reliably do not go here. The frustration is indescribable as I've once again been without my meds for a week bc they didn't send them to the pharmacy I told them to. *Read all the way through, as many of the negative reviews are misleading* I know theres alot of negative reviews of this hospital, but I have YEARS of experience with hospitals and providers due to chronic illnesses such as Lymes and psychiatric issues. Brendan Ryan is a great clinician and I highly recommend him. He is clear, concise, personable and he listens. 10/10.
I've been going to SSMC for years. I started with Joanne Hill and switched to Dr Ngo when she left. I know that I can be a pain in the sometimes (most of the time), but they always seem to know what I need, even if I am too stubborn to listen. I will continue to go to SSMC for as long as they will have me. Thanks for putting up with me.
