RecommendedEvery person we encountered were professional and pleasant. We dealt with Dr. Alicia O'Sullivan and she was so kind and patient. Everything was explained in detail, and she even made a follow up call about my husbands existing hearing aids, that were purchased elsewhere. Would definately recomend SSHC. All necessary precautions were in place as we were there during Covid.
Every person I encountered, staff and doctors, were so friendly and very caring. The Aud Doctors were so great with my 2 yr old (patient)! Keep up the great work guys!
I like the fact that the hearing tests are done by a Doctor of Audiology. I have been going to SSHC for about 9 years and have always worked with Dr. Abby Keller. She is very patient and spends time with you answering all of your questions.....no pressure to buy anything. The office staff is also friendly and welcoming. South Shore Hearing Center has been AMAZING for my daughter! After a long 20 months, she finally passed a hearing test for the 1st time at 2 years old!! Throughout all of her tests, Jen has been patient and supportive of her and all of her needs. She also got her own styling ear plugs... purple and pink glittery ones of course!!! Thank you Jennifer Mayer Albino and team!!!
