They’ll spent as much as possible from your deposit. But won’t spend any money to improve your apartment. We had no dishwasher, cabinets from 80s, windows didn’t close and they were so old. They charged us for painting a full apartment like it’s some really high quality job done. But in fact they do a really cheap one. You get a little more than what you pay for: the location is great and the downstairs enclosed patios are private small oasis. The kitchen has good storage, but the pool is too cold to enjoy (except on the very hottest days). The apartments themselves are older, so there’s the wear and tear and upkeep that goes with them. The staff are responsive (but sometimes you’ll get an answer you won’t like).

Old apartments, rent goes up every year, tendans can't enjoy the pool because the water is always cold, security system is terrible, and in the summer I have to bug spray my place for spiders. Overall, the only thing good about this place is the location, close to the beach and shopping center.
