****This site is a scam**** I was sent flowers for my birthday from my mom, she paid $70 for delivery, flowers never arrived, I tried emailing twice over the course of a week, no response, they have a google robo screening calls, when I said my name and got through, the call dropped, they have been screening my calls since and then after I called, they rejected my email as spam

I purchased from " from you flowers" who delegated it to South Shores flowers to fulfill. I purchased flowers and mylar balloons that says happy birthday. Not only did they not send any balloons with the order they send them to a completely different address!!! When I had to go and pick them up from a strangers house, which defeats the purpose of a delivery. I was shocked to see some of the worst flowers I've ever seen in my life.. Everyone makes mistakes but the key to owning or running a business is that they take ownership. I was sent a beautiful bouquet on my birthday so obviously I assumed it was for me. When I read the note it had a completely different name and address. Immediately my husband was on the phone trying to call them. He called a few times and nothing, even after leaving a message. Joey has been providing flowers for our Chapel for the past two-three years. The arrangements that he provides us are ALWAYS absolutely first-rate -- always extremely beautiful. Joey's great! I highly recommend him.
