Everyone makes mistakes but the key to owning or running a business is that they take ownership. I was sent a beautiful bouquet on my birthday so obviously I assumed it was for me. When I read the note it had a completely different name and address. Immediately my husband was on the phone trying to call them. He called a few times and nothing, even after leaving a message. Joey has been providing flowers for our Chapel for the past two-three years. The arrangements that he provides us are ALWAYS absolutely first-rate -- always extremely beautiful. Joey's great! I highly recommend him.
