I ordered sympathy flowers online the night before for next day delivery and paid extra for the same day delivery, some rude and impolite guy calls at 12PM saying can't deliver today bcuz they were busy yesterday for Mother's Day. No star would be the best for them.
Kudos to Joey at South Shore Flowers for outstanding service. A family member ordered an arrangement of sunflowers to be delivered after I had surgery. Joey contacted me to ensure the delivery could be made since I live in a big apartment building. He was gracious enough to schedule the delivery for the next day when my husband was home to meet him. The arrangement was lovely and the service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this florist, thanks Joey!
