efficient and pleasant experience-and as usual, I was pleased with the results. Thank you to Dr. P and Tech Rennie (not sure of spelling) and pleasant office staff Joanne & the woman who sat in her chair for a couple minutes whose name I can't remember right now. All very friendly!
