My appointment happened the way I expected. Thanks to this disease I just missed my last important appointment in March. That appointment was to place my new crown on my prepared back tooth. Because of all the time lost the new crown didn't fit the tooth. My gums grew back covering the tooth. I have to start over again! My next appointment is for mid July because the disease is still affecting your staff. Also my next cleaning appointed slated in 2 weeks might be cancelled because no hygienists are coming back. Ellen takes great care of me and I would never go anywhere else! I always tell people to go to her! Love your new office and the gals at the front desk are always so pleasant.
I am very happy with South Shore Dental. I have been going there for about 7 or 8 years. I love my hygienist Ellen Hallisey. She is gentle but thorough and explains everything as she goes along even for a cleaning. Dr. Najjar is wonderful! Very caring and thorough, i can't say enough good things about her. The new office is beautiful and updated. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.
I've been a patient of South Shore Dental Group since 2003. Luckily I've been in good dental health so my visits are of routine cleanings. Everyone in the office from the office staff, dental hygienists and dentists are top tier experts who leave you feeling very comfortable. I've moved twice since joining the practice, but commit to driving 30 miles to their office because I trust the practice so much.
My first visit and it was a great experience. I went for a 2nd opinion on a crown and I'm glad I did! The tooth pain I was experiencing may not have been caused by the original diagnosis and a crown would have been expensive and not resolved the problem. Dr. Joseph found a different issue and made an adjustment on that visit... So far so good! Great service by everyone at the practice, and I had a high level of confidence in their diagnosis. Which is the most valuable thing to me!
