Started taking my youngest daughter here because she had a tendency to freak out in new situations. They allowed me to bring her once BEFORE her visit, just to check things out and observe a cleaning, and that made all the difference. She had some major work that had to be done, and they kept everything so positive, calming and caring, and we loved the names they give the tools, like the "raincoat" they put on to isolate the tooth being worked on. Now my daughter's in college, but she still likes going here!
My daughter has been coming to this wonderful practice for a couple of years but the last few visits have been torture because my daughter's sensory issues have made her very uncooperative and fearful. Today I was prepared for another scream-filled visit but our hygienist Lisa was absolutely amazing in every way. She connected with my daughter is such a calming way that not a single tear was shed (except from this happy mom)!
