Why does it take 4 days to get a response from a Dr regarding medication? And why does it take almost 2 WEEKS to get a prior authorization ? This is ridiculous! The Dr is very nice and Caring but if you can't get a response from your Dr when you need one find another practice!
Dr. Grover is exceptional. Great bedside manner. Saved my life.
Excellent cardiologist at this practice. Dr. Cordova saved my husband’s life and Dr. Monge is now managing his condition and he is doing very well. Personable, knowledgeable, takes time to answer all your questions and concerns.
Just checking my heart rate
If it wasn't for Dr. G. Kanagaraj I wouldn't recommend going to them. I had a 0940 appointment in Sun City Center to have a heart monitor put on. I'm scared and nervous about this. At the last minute the office manager from the Riverview office pulled the person who would put the monitor on me and sent her to their Riverview office. I called the Office Manager and told her how she discounted my needs and concerns and I found it insulting that she did that. She didn't find it insulting or that she discounted me.
