Affordable High Rise Living The building is older and the heating / cooling is dated [just on or off - no thermostat] but the management is friendly, the security is top notch - there's underground parking (for a fee). The building has 34 floors and apartments range from Studio to 2 bedroom. I have a studio and it's perfect for a busy professional, a student or someone just starting out. ROACH MOTEL Don't be Fooled by Cosmetics, the place is FULL of ROACHES. ROACHES inside the Apartments, ROACHES in the WALLS, coming from the WALLS. ROACHES in the Lobby, ROACHES in the Common Areas, ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Cannot BELIEVE I have to gather all my things and MOVE AGAIN. Real Shame.
Worst Management Ever I currently live at south shore beach but I will be moving as soon as my lease is up it is unbelievable about the way they handle the parking there I had to travel for work and my car was mistakenly parked in the wrong place. MY CAR WAS TOWED this is the worst place to live ever and for the price it is not worth it. If you can find some other place to live because you will not enjoy living here
