My primary Dr was not able to see me. So I was sent here. They collected a co-pay even though I don't have one. The front desk staff is overworked and lacks any warmth. She couldn't understand or refused to hear me that I didn't need to pay a co-pay. So now I'm trying to get a fefund.. Had a follow up appt with the Dr. she called out that day. The didn't bother to call me untill 30 min before my appt time. Not going back to this office ever again.
