Worst experience at a vet I’ve had in my entire life. I’ll give the spark notes version. They performed (expensive) acupuncture without my consent or knowledge, brushed off my dog’s elbow injury causing him to be injured even worse, the vet herself admitted that she was unable to put all the proper acupuncture points but that “at least she did the most important ones,” was brushed off and later treated in a hostile way after calling to ask what could be done, was charged double for a purchase, and then when I called them out... read more
