Terrible ! Finding a new provider asap!!!
The only reason I started going here is bc my insurance chose them as my provider. They put you on hold for hours just to tell you it's too late to talk to anyone and that you can do a telehealth visit first thing in the morning and then no one ever calls. Then you try to reschedule an upcoming appointment because you have covid and yet again getting placed on hold for a long time. This place needs more staff because their workload is clearly too high to keep up.
Every time I come for an appointment the staff treats me with respect and a general upbeat attitude as if they are glad to see me. Even though I'm there at the end of the day, they still make the effort. NP Braden is a wonderful practitioner. From my first appointment she has been extremely attentive to my medical issues, and put in the most genuine effort to make me healthier.
