I put in several requests to tour the property and not one person contacted me!
I lived in southroads apartments for 5 years. The first year wasn't that bad. But after that it got bad fast. They let anyone into these apartments. I had my car window broken out by someone my neighbor had living with them. And the apartments did nothing. These apartments also have a roach problem.. the manager is rude and will enter your apartment whenever she wants then will say you put in a work order that gives me access. They won't fix anything in a timely manner or if they do its two weeks later. These apartments are ... read more
The property manager gives notices in impeccable timing. Usually 2-3 weeks before things are happening. She’s GREAT. Never have had any issues.
