Time management-I've been there on several schedule appointments. Every time there is some kind of issue for delaying my appointment. I hope Brenda doesn't leave.
Dr. Potter and his staff are GREAT! Everyone is friendly and explain each procedure before it is performed. Until I met Dr. Potter I was extremely hesitant about going to a dentist. He always puts my comfort first and explains things to me. I drive over an hour one way just to have him take care of my teeth and would go further if need be. Thanks Dr. Potter!!
Very professional. Dr. Potter was able to recognize that I was not fully numb during a filling. I wasn’t in pain but he stopped and asked if I was able to feel what was being done. He made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure.
I suppose he treats his patients well enough, but the same cannot be said for how he treats his staff! I'll never go back!
Absolutely AWESOME dentist! I'm a classical nervous patient, and have been in a LOT of dentist chairs and his is the best. He takes the time to listen to you, and your fears. He outlines what he's going to do and why, and even through two extractions and a filling I never felt a thing! He knows his stuff, I can tell you. I won't go anywhere else. It's so great to find a dentist who actually 'gets' it. I cannot recommend him enough!
Dr. Potter and his entire staff are pleasant, professional and caring. I found Dr. Potter extremely easy to talk to while explaining and discussing my dental concerns. (My former dentist and I had a 35 year relationship), so I shopped around a bit for a dentist where I could and would have this kind of connection. I am so happy that I was referred to gun and his practice and that I'm finally done shopping!
Unbelievably kind and the best dentist I have ever had. He moved over an hour away from where his old office was, and I followed him to the new clinic instead of finding another dentist! I have a really difficult bite and a lot of restorative work, but I trust him completely.
