Zero Star! Impolite staff, disrespectful! They do not advise and just want to charge money. Brand new car, they recommended emissions in addition to inspection, although state law would not recommend that only 4 years after!
South Riding Automotive is one of the very, very few auto service businesses who operate on competence, honesty and fair pricing. Been having them service all our vehicles for 20 years. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found them.
Not sure how this business operates but it's not good apparently. My husband showed up on a Sat. morning about 15 min prior to opening for a state inspection. The shop says it opens at 8 AM. He waited until 8:20 and still no one was there. He called a few times and the call went to voicemail. He wasted so much time waiting and driving
avoid this racist place at all cost called to do emissions he said bring it in ,i was literally outside . walked in then he profiled me then said we cant today
I've only been coming here the past couple of years. Rick is awesome. Super honest, explains everything clearly, and his prices are reasonable. He does better work than my previous shop which I went to because it was "AAA certified". Don't hesitate and keep your cars running by supporting his shop.
