5 Star : My Experience This is more a comment for insurance companies and repair facilities. An owner wants “exactly” what he brings in for repair when he/she leaves. This is particularly true when he or she is rear ended and another is responsible. I’m fine with the outcome but an appraiser as well as repair firm should ensure it is discussed with the insured.
