0 Star : My Experience The technicians and shop manager were unfamiliar with how to properly repair an Audi. I had to fight with my insurance company to send a 3rd party assessor and for the shop to fix the problems with the initial repair. The shop manager was also very rude and personally verbally attacked me because I refused to shake his hand when meeting him. I don’t need to be contacted, please don’t. I just hope that in the future you are more customer obsessed and listen to your customers when they tell you something... read more
5 Star : My Experience Thank you for your cooperation in getting the tires installed at Costco so as ti keep the warranty service. You went out of your way to remove the damaged wheels and mount them back after the tires were put on the new rims. I am totally happy with the customer service Rama
