the staff is great!i am the nervous one...they are the only ones i trust.i have even compared prices and they are always fair in my billing.i drive over an hour each way to keep them as my dental staff since i moved away.it would be hard for you to find any better place for your dental work,
I love The Reno Dentist!! The entire staff is so professional & kind. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your comfortable and have everything you need to make your visit to the dentist easy. I highly recommend The Reno Dentist.
Dr. Ben and Brittany are awesome! I got a filling and a crown, was nervous as all heck when I got there. They were both so calming and pleasant! Brittany did a great job on my temp crown, she took the time to make sure it fit comfortably. I received a follow up call from Dr. Ben later that day just checking to see how I was doing after the numbness wore off and how I was doing with the temp crown. That was greatly appreciated!
From the 1st day I came into The Reno Dentist office; I felt acknowledged as a person in need of services provided by your office. I was made to feel welcome and not awkward. I was in alot of pain and had been suffering a very long time. I was never made to feel foolish for not seeking the proper attention earlier on but was met with understanding and consideration. The whole experience was comforting and made my daughter so relaxed during her root canal that she didn't even realize how much time had gone by. They let her wait a bit before they began by explaining everything to her. The dentist called us a few hours later to check on her. I was very pleased by the whole group that were involved.
The office staff has always been upbeat and nice. The dentist and assistants were amazing.
