The entire staff was upbeat, professional and friendly. My dental emergency was handled efficiently and without discomfort. Dr. Sykes is awesome. No one was condescending or judgmental. I would recommend the office to everyone.
I was pleased with the work
Even though my first visit here was a trip to get my wisdom teeth pulled, this was the best dental expierience I have ever had. The staff was very nice and explained all my options to me. They never made me feel forced to do one thing or another and they were only interested in helping me out. As far as the procedure went, it was absolutely pain free. As I speak today, the day after, I am completely pain free without any sort of painkillers. I would reccomend this place highly!
Best visit to a dentist ever !! Fun yet professional group of people. Everyone from receptionist to dentist were awesome. Definitely coming back to be a regular customer !
"Seeing the Dentist" doesn't always mean that. It used to be that way. When the visit is a semi-annual check-up and you "see" the hygienist but not the dentist, is that good enough? Must be if the charges submitted to insurance are based on that. I don't have any critical conditions, just an average mouth; so I am not saying I receive insufficient care. It more an observation of how things are not the same; and a querry if that change is sufficient under the circumstances.
I love my hygienist, Shelli. She is very gentle, caring, professional and very good at what she does. I would highly recommend her.
