Right when I walked in the door and spoke to the Receptionist, she was very friendly and helpful. If you had any fear to begin with it was gone once you sat down in the dental chair. The dentist was very polite and honest. I had my whole plan mapped out in minutes, very impressive. Tammy Deck
Everyone in the office were the nicest, friendliest people. I was presented with a welcoming gift on my first visit and the personal greeting on the whiteboard in the dental chair, that was above and beyond and really made me feel special. My dental assistant was very charming and my dentist was very kind and patient with my questions. That was the best dental visit I've ever had. As always Dr. Sykes and his team went out of their way to assure my comfort and satisfaction. For my special case this thorough doctor is even trying an innovative remedy that could save me thousands if it works, even though his business would profit more if he hadn't suggested it. Dental work is never fun, but The Reno Dentist works hard to minimize the procedures you will need (if this is your wish), and make the time you are with them as enjoyable as possible.
I had a great experience. I felt like I was very well informed of my options and the staff was really good with helping me understand what's best for me. Thee appointment was much quicker than I thought it would be.
I came in with a phobia of the dentist industry. I even had a panic attack right before the procedure to have a tooth pulled, and Dr Sykes was very compassionate and understanding of the situation. He and his staff made a huge effort to keep me calm and reassure me. Lots of communication. I appreciated that they went out of their way to fit me in a timely fashion. I hope that when my insurance kicks in, i would like to go back to for more dental work in the future.
Wow! Had an emergency on New Year's Eve and was able to get an appointment that morning. I showed up with throbbing pain and walked out an hour later relieved. Heather and Dr. Sykes were gracious, accommodating, friendly and talked to me as if I were an adult. Thanks to all!

I have been very impressed with the friendliness of everyone at this office and especially with the expert and caring care given me by Dr. Benjamin, Dr. Sykes and both hygienists I see regularly.
