I really do NOT enjoy sitting in the dentist chair and especially when I have to have a "big" tooth pulled!!! But due to the caring staff and Dr. Sykes excellent "chair side manor" I managed to somewhat relax. It was painless and over much faster then I anticipated!!! Not that I care for a repeat but maybe if it should happen due to the great care I received I won't be as anxious and nervous next time I go!!! I have a very ingrained fear of the dentist that has been with me since my childhood. I was VERY hesitant and very afraid, which is strange because I am not normally afraid of much of anything else in my life barring this. Every person working there was kind and gracious. This was such an unexpectedly good experience. I have always been terrified of dental procedures. Having this crown work done was unlike any other dental experience. Not scary. Did not hurt. Anxiety-free. Now I do not dread having the rest of the work I need done.
