Mitch was fantastic! He was thorough and efficient with his inspection. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand as someone who is new to homeownership! Highly recommend. Great price as well!
Mitch came out on a Saturday afternoon to inspect our new home. He was very detailed and professional all throughout the process. Mitch let me follow him around the home and showed me things that might be a problem. Mitch answered all my questions and gave me an explanation. Mitch gave us a report back within less than 12 hours. Would hire Mitch any day for a home inspection!

I've used Mitch for 2 home inspections and he is been very thorough with the inspections themselves and has provided a clear and detailed report the same day. He clearly explains the significance and prioritization of his findings and gave me an idea of the time/money/effort needed to remedy various problems. Hopefully I won't need another inspection for a long while, but if I do I'll call Mitch!
Mitch was amazing! He was thorough, kind, and patiently answered all of my questions with a teacher’s heart. He was quick to respond, on time, and we received our report same day. Post report, he was available and answered all of our follow-up questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
