It took a little longer to get the new thermostat working than I thought, but the guy was attentive in explaining the settings and made sure everything was operating right before he left. A week later and everything has been working fine, which is good news following some problems with another company's install.

I was worried about the price of parts, but the tech did a great job explaining the blower motor problem and was able to fix it in an hour with no parts needed. His approach this time around was different from a prior visit as he took extra time to calibrate the system which seemed to have enhanced overall performance.

The problem turned out to be a faulty sensor in the thermostat, which they identified quickly and managed to fix within an hour. This was my second time using their service, and it was more prompt than the last visit.

I expected a quick resolution but was pleasantly surprised when they meticulously cleaned the vents and identified a blockage I wasn't aware of, all within two hours. Despite having to coordinate with building management first, the entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently.
