Good management and nice property. The property management team is friendly and helpful with solving problems for tenants !
We just moved in a couple of days ago, and I wanted to take a moment to thank the South Pointe team for making our move-in process so smooth from start to finish. A special shoutout to the site manager, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire application and move-in experience. The apartment was exactly as promised—very nice and clean. We’re excited to be here!
I’ve had an excellent experience living at Broadstreet! The buildings are well-maintained, clean, and offer a comfortable living environment. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. I also wanted to highlight the positive change the new manager has brought—there’s definitely been a noticeable difference in how things are run, and the improvements are appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my time here and highly recommend it!
It was the worst experience ever. As a newcomer, I would never recommend renting with this company
