Made an oil change and tire rotation appointment for 7 am - I arrived at 7 am and there were already 10 cars in line, and I still got out in an hour. My service advisor Gabriel was excellent!

Avoid this place! Had an appointment for 7am this morning to get a recall and some service items done. It is 6pm now and had no communication at all. Texted multiple times, left a message, talked to someone that promised my advisor would call back. Still no indication if they are done or need another day. Just a black hole. But then got some aggressive lady making me an offer to buy my pilot... What a joke. I don't need cash - I need my car serviced. They would rather use her time to help getting services done as I won't do ... read more

nice folks.. d flashing.. tried to have transmission serviced (fluids and filter).. apparently no serviceable filter.. but they then failed to top the fluid levels off when done.. short staffed for holidays.. flashing d, apparently it is a DTC P0847, still occurred on the way home but not on a highway test loop.. only in traffic.. they didn't test for codes.. so probably 3rd transmission pressure sensor.. in fairness I don't think the service rep heard my comment on the flashing d so my fault but I am a bit disappointed that... read more

It took more than an hour to find out that the "main mechanic" was busy, even though I had made an appointment ahead. I waited another fifty minutes just to get a light bulb replaced. I thought I had gotten used to this American-style slowness, but this one was pretty impressive. But Rachel was very kind, polite, and tried to explain the situation well.
