I had bought 2 Honda odysseys in the past from them. I bought the 2nd one in 2019 model from them brand new and bought extended warranty along with it. I maintained it over the years with them but I am frustrated with the poor service department quality. We were having problems with cars electricals with it loosing power and control in the middle of driving. We showed it to the dealership 3 different times, explained the issue.
