My experience at the service center historically has been mixed so far (usually stems from lack of communication about estimated time, and things taking longer than they should), but I wanted to give a shout out to Tommy from my last service. The service ended up running significantly longer than expected, but Tommy was straight with me and worked to make things right. Thanks Tommy!

Went in for a tuneup on the truck. They found some additional work that needed to be done so I approved all that. My problem is in the communication. When the scope of the work changed, there was ZERO communication that the work was going to stretch across multiple days. If there had been communication, I could’ve made plans. Instead I call to come pickup the truck, find out at 6P it won’t be ready until the next day, oh and no one can approve a loaner since everyone went home.
