Went in for a tuneup on the truck. They found some additional work that needed to be done so I approved all that. My problem is in the communication. When the scope of the work changed, there was ZERO communication that the work was going to stretch across multiple days. If there had been communication, I could’ve made plans. Don't trust them.
Scheduled a warranty service with them, went in for appointment to be told the employee called in sick…. When I asked what’s next, they just shrugged it off and went back to their computers.. not their problem right? No one else could (or would) help, no one even gave me a phone call. I have two Jeeps, and even live one mile down the road. But after a few bad experiences here, I will take them to literally anywhere but this dealership.
