This place is great. I am so thankful my Mom is here. Rachelle and Jenna do an amazing job. Rachelle the Director is very communicative, always open to a meeting and Jenna the Nurse always keeps me in the loop about my mother's care and what's needed. I sleep better knowing she is well cared for and also loved, which is very apparent by how they treat her. Highly recommend.

My dad has been at South Pointe for 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier with this facility. The staff and residence all act as a community. every staff member seems to really care about the residents as if they were their own family. They eat meals together, they communicate with us when we aren’t there, they have great activities and outings planned regularly!
