I love living here. All of the staff are very kind and they take care of the property so well. The community is beautiful, quiet, and clean and they communicate with the residents regularly and even plan fun social events. One of the most important things for me is that all maintenance requests are fulfilled ASAP. It’s the best place I’ve ever lived and I will be sad whenever I move one day.
Been living here for about 3 years now and Krissy and Colleen always take care of me when I have any questions or maintenance needs around my apartment. I just moved into a new two bedroom apartment and it couldn’t be more clean and well prepared. There’s a reason Krissy won 2024 Manager of the Year! Thank you guys!
I have been looking for a place for a while now and South Pointe apartments is by far the cleanest and we'll kept grounds. Great location to shopping and anything you need. Colleen and Chrissy are so nice and have been a pleasure working with.. They answered all my questions I had and I hope to have a place soon for my aunt to call home. Thank you again!
