South Pointe apartments is one of Timber lake properties it is the best place to live, because it is so well managed from the leasing office with Chrissy and Colleen and of course our maintenance staff Allen and Chris who just received the title of employee of the month !! I absolutely loved living at South Pointe Apartments. The only reason I no longer live there is I moved out of the State. If I should ever find myself back in Michigan I fully intend on moving back to South Pointe Apartments. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If there should happen to be any maintenance issues they are fast and efficient at solving them. I highly recommend considering moving into South Pointe Apartments.
I love living here. All of the staff are very kind and they take care of the property so well. The community is beautiful, quiet, and clean and they communicate with the residents regularly and even plan fun social events. One of the most important things for me is that all maintenance requests are fulfilled ASAP. It’s the best place I’ve ever lived and I will be sad whenever I move one day.
Been living here for about 3 years now and Krissy and Colleen always take care of me when I have any questions or maintenance needs around my apartment. I just moved into a new two bedroom apartment and it couldn’t be more clean and well prepared. There’s a reason Krissy won 2024 Manager of the Year! Thank you guys!
