Do NOT move into South Pointe Apartments. The manager Shuntia “Tia” Richardson is the most vile and disgusting managers i’ve ever met. Inside and out just hateful and doesn’t care about tenets once you sing a lease. DO NOT LIVE HERE RUN! This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. Where do I start? Let’s talk about my apartment flooding. Before I start I will acknowledge the one maintenance guy that stopped the leak from the vacant unit across from the vacant unit above our unit. So I wake up and there’s literally water all over the place, (my unit), and it’s coming from a unit that is uninhabited. Also, it’s like 15-16 degrees outside. They are infest with bed bugs and roaches I just seen a rat in building 8 all the apt are boarded up they don’t fix anything and now they’re going up on rent please stay away from here
This apartment has the worst ever management. I lived here for 5 years, but I have never ever seen incompetent management at the leasing office. The AC has not been working for more than 5 weeks and is waiting to be fixed. No one cares about your problem. This has to be my final year as long as this management is here.
