I bought a home October 5th. I put in my notice to move October 1 and moved out October 31st. I met with Kenneth to do the walkthroughand was told all was well. Only general wear and tear as expected after 4 years and to expect my deposit shortly. This was in November. I have been calling and emailing Kenneth and finally he answered in December saying he had to clean the back yard and remove closet enhancements and wouldend my deposit shortly. It is february and i have not received even a call. Nor is he answering my calls
I applied for a property with this company they needed information to process my application I guess there was some missing information. The reached out to me via email I gave them all missing information that was needed. After that there was Address that shown on history that they asked me to explain and gave them proof of where I stayed prior and explained as well as called the other property they said was on my rental history and they had no record on my living renting from them and I didn’t understand why they wanted me ... read more
