i have called everyday for the past 2.5 week and stayed on hold over 20mins never talking to anyone. I cant even send an email since the portal is down..how am i supposed to get an appointment?? Just show up????
What does a person have to do to get refills on prescriptions... I would think a week is plenty of time. You can never talk to anyone here. You can't get them on the phone, their website has no contacts, except for a portal that doesn't work. NOT HAPPY with SPFP!!!
Love this practice! I always get the pleasure of amazing nurses and doctors! Pithwa was my all star pick but she moved and Leah is amazing as well!
My Physician DR.WYSONG ...is one of the most caring and compassionate I've ever encountered. ..I'd recommend him to anyone because I know he wants his patients healthy and well
The doctors and nurses are amazing but.... The people at the desk are terrible I have been on hold for 15 minutes!! Right now I am extremely mad and not satisfied!!
