Crystal Staley has told me a lot of bad things about this place where she works that they are very unprofessional and the providers are rude.
Chase fuller you are a JOKE!!! My daughter just got seen. She isn’t herself and won’t eat or drink anything and diapers are maybe only dirty once and if we are lucky twice a day. She didn’t seem to concerned at all about my daughter. Told me call back if it’s been 24 hours with no diapers then I’ll be concerned. Don’t feed her baby food anymore just feed her pedialyte through an syringe maybe 1ML every 30 mins. Which I’ve been doing 🙃.

Saw a doctor at 12:30 and it is now 4:50 and still can't get a prescription to the pharmacy. Totally acceptable.
Love this group. Always very responsive. Modern and clean facility. Dr. Dyksterhouse always takes the time to listen to my needs. Recommend them highly.
I went with a family member to their first appointment with Chase Fuller. She is one of the worst and most unprofessional providers I’ve ever encountered. She barged into the room and without even introducing herself says, “What’s going on?” It seemed as though she did not want to bothered for the reason they were there and did not explain things in a medically professional way. They say that they are having a walk-in, no appointment needed flu shot day on Oct. 12 and Nov. 2. Don't believe it. Several of us sat in the Stanley Office parking lot until 9:15 and nobody showed up. Their doctors are even leaving them. Somebody tell me why I should stay with them.
The practice has changed so much for the worse in the last 15 years. Certain doctors act as if you are less than. It’s hard to pay the exorbitant fees if you don’t have insurance and their fees always seem to go up. $134 as a self pay patient for a 15 minute refill “talk” follow up is not an easy thing for people. The lack of concern from certain doctors is a hard thing to accept as well. The pleasant young lady who took my vitals showed more compassion at my high blood pressure reading than the “doctor”.
