We visited to have a replacement key made, specifically requesting one that would allow us to operate the vehicle—not just unlock the doors. However, after being charged, we received a key that only grants access to the vehicle but does not start it. Terrible experience I would consider no one to go to this dealership for mechanical problems. The over charge and lie about how much you are gonna have to pay! I had a diagnostic done to my car the gentleman I talked to told me it was going to be 260. Just got the diagnostic, then when I came to pick my car up they charged me $44 dollars for shop utility’s. Do not go here.
Mr Dwayne is a life saver! I’m so glade he was my service advisor when I faced my car issue. I towed my car to South point after not being able to drive it. Mr Dwayne calm me down and told me he will get me the car on road next day and literally he kept his word. Next day I received his text saying that the car is ready to be picked up and it was perfectly fixed as if there is nothing happened before. I liked how he pays attention to car’s details. Called for almost a week asking about a price on a service. Told every time that no one is available and that they'll have to call me back. Come the day of the appointment, with no idea as to how much they might charge me, I had to cancel because this is not a great way of doing business.
