Very friendly and helpful stuff
My therapist is great! I received the help I was looking for. The billing department is very nice and helped me with my insurance claims. The front desk always meet me with a smile. I know personally the clinical director, and she is amazing. If you have any concerns, please talk to Roselene first and she will be glad to help you.
Did not enjoy how I was treated here.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. They charged me for appointments I could not make due to being in the hospital. Charging my card that I made on a one time payment. Which I remember them asking if I waned the card on file and I said no, but then used that card to charge me for an appointment that my therapist said was waived due to being hospitalized. Only come here if you want a nightmare with the billing and staff.
