My therapist was amazing. Their billing department isn’t. They came after me with a bill that THEY coded wrong… over a YEAR later. The front desk sent me a different invoice than the billing department did. My insurance said they’d try to cover it, if they resubmitted the billing department bill with the correct code. Maddison refused, and just kept sending me the response “as per my last email”. They did in fact send me to collections, for their error. I had a wonderful experience at South Point Clinic. The therapists Emily Reyes and Jessica Denardo were absolutely amazing with my children—kind, patient, and truly dedicated to their care. They made my kids feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. I also want to highlight Roberta Oliveira at the front desk, who was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always welcoming. I have referred clients to South Point, and I know they go the extra mile to help their clients. They have shown great compassion for the clients I have referred. I have known the owner for a few years now, and I know she has a great passion for the mental health field and has taken the best steps forward to help our community. I recommend them to you.
David Lind, APRN does NOT approach his duties with care and compassion. I used to love coming here. But not anymore. I feel mocked and alienated by Dave. I got the same bad vibes from him that I got from the mean girls in my high school.
