I moved in thinking it was great, we are currently looking for a different place. We could here doors close witch rattles our door, windows opening and closing and people walking up and down the stairs, the pool is a nice addition, but youre lucky if you can find it with out hundreds of kids in it. When they start mowing its an all day process the noise does not stop till about 8pm and start about 8am the rent is about 100 dollars over what I think it should be.
